Jennifer Seubel first studied at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Trossingen with Prof. Arife Gülsen Tatu and continued her artistic studies with Prof. Robert Winn at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne, completing her studies with distinction. She did also postgraduate studies at the University of Graz in the programme Performance Practice in Contemporary Music together with the Klangforum Wien. Since 2010 Jennifer has regularly played in orchestra such as the Neue Philharmonie Westfalen or the Philharmonie Südwestfalen. Jennifer has been on the teaching faculty at the Musikhochschule Köln since October 2012 and she had a teaching assignment at the Universität Koblenz from 2018 until 2021. Contemporary music has also always played an important role in Jennifer’s musical career. She has participated in the European Workshop for Contemporary Music and the impulse academy several times, was a member of the Ensemble 20/21 at the Musikhochschule Köln and and plays in the Kollektiv3:6Koeln which is supported by Deutschen Musikrat, Kunststiftung NRW and Musikfonds e.V. since 2017. She played projects with Klangforum Wien and Ensemble Musikfabrik and since December 2019 she has also been a member of the Érma Ensemble.
